YOUR taxi Medical
Before you book your taxi medical, you must:
1. Confirm that your council will allow any GP to do your medical. A few councils state it must be completed by your own GP.
2. Obtain your Patient Summary from your GP receptionist. This is a computer print-out, usually 2-3 pages, which contains basic medical details about you. Use the form below to avoid being over-charged by your GP.
